In random order, here are some ways you can participate and contribute... (and there are surely many others!)

Translate videos

Have you seen the new video series that builds on Reinventing Organizations? Some people in this community have started adding subtitle translations to some of the videos. If you have the skills and energy for it, it would be wonderful if you could join them! (It's great way to get deeply into the content)

Energize a community forum

There are two groups doing wonderful work to facilitate conversations among leaders and coaches in this space. On is an online learning platform of leaders inspired by the book. The other is enlivening edge, a newsletter around "teal" organizations.

Both of them exist only thanks to people stepping up and contributing their skills. Feel free to join them!

Contribute to the wiki

More than a hundred readers have contributed to a knowledge wiki about Reinventing Organizations. The wiki wants to dive deeper into each of the practices of 'Teal' organizations, and include the latest thinking, insights and case examples. It's really a powerful resource, offered for free to everyone out there making the leap to a new management paradigm.

Give a talk

Feel like organizing and giving a talk about the book? Quite a few readers have done so, and really enjoyed it.

Here is a page with presentation materials other readers have prepared and sent me, as well I slide deck I have used in the past. The idea is to share this in an "open source" spirit, where we build on each other's work.

Spread the word on social media

For some reason, social media are not my thing. So I'm happy when readers post something about the book on Twitter, Facebook or Linked-In.

Feel free, for instance, to copy a passage of the book that resonates with you in some of the Linked-In or Facebook groups you are a part of. It's a great way to offer group members interesting content, and to give them a taste of the book.

Coaching & Consulting

If you are a coach or consultant, feel free to integrate the insights from Reinventing Organization in the work you bring to clients!

I'm not into the whole thing of licensing the ideas of the book. Just go and run with it. Be sure though not to misrepresent things. And feel free to gift back to me when that feels right. (More on my thoughts on this here)

Training & webinars

The ideas of the book now belong to everyone, including you! Feel free to organize training programs, seminars and webinars about the book.

I'm not coming from a place where I want to limit and control how the book is used. Quite the opposite: the more people feel ownership of this material, the more people it will reach and the more chances we have that people create soulful businesses and nonprofits, schools and hospitals... If you package your material and want to make it available to others, please contact me. I'll be happy to help in spreading it.

Schools & Hospitals

For some reasons, I'd be particularly delighted if this work were to find its way into schools and hospitals. We so badly need to create more soulful schools and more soulful hospitals!
